What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and 7 am to 5 PM on Saturdays. You may log in to your account online 24/7 to check on orders, request a pick up, update preferences or send us a message to follow up on.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Automatic payment can be set up with credit or debit card.

What are your payment terms?

Invoices are payable on delivery or upon the scheduled due date. We offer an automatic 10% pay in advance discount for all accounts that sign up for automatic payment and pay their orders upon check in. Applies whether a delivery or walk in customer, excludes other offers.

Are your prices higher for delivery service?

No, our prices are the same whether we come and get your clothing from you or you bring it to us unless you are under the $15 minimum delivery order charge, which we automatically wave if we are making another pick up in your immediate area.

What is your Service Guarantee?

Honesty and Integrity are the most important reasons customers can trust the professional services we offer at Bonnie Brite Cleaners. These attributes are why so many of our customers have recommended us to friends, associates and family over the years.

If, upon inspection we identify a potential issue with your garment, you will be promptly notified of the risks and options before we process it so that you may make an informed decision about how to proceed.

Sometimes a garment will fail to hold up in the normal cleaning process without any prior indication of trouble. There can be a variety of technical reasons why this can happen, some the fault of labeling, some from garment or fabric manufacturing, and some the fault of the cleaner quite frankly. Whatever the underlying cause, we feel is important for our business to stand behind the customer if damage occurs. You trust us to handle things in the best possible manner and if a rare problem arises, that is exactly what we will do. We do not ask our customers to take their damaged garment back to place of purchase on their own. If an unavoidable problem arises, we will serve as your advocate, contacting the retailer or manufacturer if we feel the problem stems from a labeling or construction so we could more easily explain the situation as it relates to cleaning methods used and if they do not provide satisfaction, we will settle the matter directly with you ourselves in a timely fashion.

How Soon can I have my Clothing Back?

Typically, most regular dry clean or laundry items have a standard 2-day turnaround for delivery service, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Next afternoon delivery service is available upon request but may be limited by the type of work needed. Same day service is available for those in a rush if garments are dropped off to us by 10 am. We strive to balance the time needed to properly care for your articles with turnaround time to meet your needs.

Are your prices competitive?

Simple answer is yes; we are very competitive for our market. Our retail prices are not the lowest nor are they the highest around. We position ourselves to provide a higher level of service than the low priced or discount cleaners and do not cut corners in skill, processing or materials. Our aim is to provide better value for your money than our competitors based on friendly service, attention to detail, reliability, and consistency. In addition to reasonable prices, we offer ways to save money through email and text offers, loyalty programs and periodic specials.

What do I do if I have a special request?

We will try to honor any special request. The simplest way is to just leave us a note with your order but you may also call to inform us, e-mail us, or log in to your account online to make a notation on your account and send us a message.

Do I need to separate my order?

We recommend that you keep your dry clean only and dress shirt laundry separate from any wash and fold laundry items for accurate pricing, faster processing and to help ensure you receive the service you expect. You do not need to separate colors, we always do that for you for the best results.

What happens if I forget something in my pocket?

While we will always sort and inspect all your clothing, it is not always evident when something is in a pocket or otherwise affixed to a garment, especially in a bulk order such as wash and fold laundry. That being said, this is something that happens quite often and we understand that it is easy to forget something in your pocket or inadvertently scoop up something that shouldn’t be washed with your laundry so we pay close attention and are pretty good at finding, removing and returning what should not be there.

Whether it is a pair of glasses, a nice pen, your wallet, important documents, or keys we will secure whatever we find and make sure you receive it back. In cases where we find something of value or importance we always contact the customer to let them know as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible in cases where we fail to notice something (pen lipstick, buckles, hooks, etc) that causes damage to your clothes in processing or we fail to notice something (I-pod, watch, blue tooth, etc) that should not be cleaned and gets ruined in the process.

What kind of promotions or discounts do you offer?

We offer several kinds of programs to provide our customers with added value including a text messaging program to provide periodic promotions and service notifications, loyalty discounts, email coupons, and a standard 10% Pay in Advance discount automatically applied to all orders that pay upon check in.
