By using services provided by Bonnie Brite Cleaners, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Minimum Order Size:

Delivery Order minimum is $20

Wash & Fold drop off order minimum is $12.

No minimum order size for drop off dry cleaning.

Payment Policy:

Payment is due on scheduled ready date.

Non-Payment – Orders that have not been paid for within 6 months of the pickup date will be considered abandoned and property may be donated to charity.

Pre-Payment – All orders that are paid upon check in shall receive an automatic 10% discount. Customers may opt to keep a credit card on file with our secure server.

Unclaimed items:

All property that remains undelivered or unclaimed for more than 6 months days beyond the original pick up date may be donated to charity.

Damaged Property:

Bonnie Brite Cleaners follows the standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes, which in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls. Bonnie Brite’s liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.

Any damaged items must be reported to us and returned for inspection within 5 business days. You make also make an inquiry on your account using our account management feature by signing into your account online or via mobile app.

Lost Items:

In regard to itemized orders, any lost items must be reported via phone or email to us within 5 business days. Bonnie Brite Cleaners makes every reasonable effort to track all items that we process and will review all lost item claims on a case-by-case basis. Any items determined to have been lost by us will be considered for reimbursement either in accordance with the International Fabricare Fair Claims Guide and shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment or on a pro rata basis if the garment is less than 6 months old and customer has an original purchase receipt, regardless of brand or condition. Items will be considered lost if it cannot be found 30 days after the initial claim is filed. In the case of any bulk service such as wash and fold laundry, our count must be accepted based on the weight at check in and we will not honor individual claims for items included in bulk services unless an inventory list accompanies the bundle or bulk order and items are verified with customer at check in.

When using our home delivery or concierge service, Bonnie Brite is not responsible for your items before they are picked up or after they are dropped back off. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your items during that time.

Loose Items:

Although, we try as hard as possible track such items, we are not responsible for loose items such as jewelry, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cufflinks, belts, laces, collar stays, loose items on garments, hangers, etc. We request that customers remove these items and empty pockets prior to leaving items with us. While we will make every effort to detect such items prior to cleaning and return it to you, we also cannot be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (Lipstick, Gum, Pens, etc.).

Turnaround Time:

Service days and turnaround time vary by your particular location. Bonnie Brite will make its best effort to adhere to our service schedule. However, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service. We have an excellent track record on making on time deliveries and being able to satisfy customers who have busy schedules.
